Shadowboxes

Once payment is received, all details will be confirmed (including spelling, wording, graphic and colors) before production begins. Please note: Once confirmed, any edits (if possible) may result in additional charges. 

Shadowbox orders usually ship within 5-7 business days; times may vary due to order customization and shop volume. To expedite processing time, add "rush my order" upon checkout (additional charges apply and will appear as "rush fee" on your invoice.) This applies to processing time only, not shipping time. 

Greeting Cards

Upon receipt of payment, I will confirm all details (including colors and wording if personalized) before beginning your order. Please note: Once confirmed, any edits (if possible) may result in additional charges. 

In-stock greeting cards are usually shipped within 3 business days. Customized cards may take longer; I will confirm processing time before beginning your order. 

Shadowboxes

• Please request the flower color, background color, wording/graphic and any embellishments in the personalization box. 
• Embellishments are available for an additional charge. 

Greeting Cards

• Add custom request(s) to the personalization section to create a card that's as unique as the recipient! Additional charges apply unless otherwise noted.

Shadowboxes and greeting cards are packaged securely for protection and shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. 

Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
